Trane is not very transparent. See the note below.
Trane will release the first set of BIM objects (Revit & Bentley compatible) at the end of [May 2009]. However, you will have to go through a Trane Sales Engineer to get them. The reason for this is the files will include information specific to the product based on the selection made from our selection program, TOPSS. As of now, I do not know of any plan to place common files on the website. If they do, they would most likely be located with the other CAD templates (http://www.trane.com/Commercial/Products/product-templates/CadUserCategorySelect.aspx?i=1154).
